Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what you type into an inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message, along with the home you were viewing. If you follow a home, we also store your email address — see Following a home below.

There are no buyer accounts on this site. We do not ask for, store, or process payment details.

Following a home

If you ask to be kept posted about a home, we store your email addressand which home you followed. Nothing else — no name, no phone number, no IP address.

We use it only to email you about that home: a new build phase, or completion. The developer is shown how many people are following, never who they are or their email addresses. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can stop at any time.

Counting visits

We count how many times each home’s page is opened, and how many of those came from scanning the QR code on that home’s sign, so the developer can see whether their sign is working.

This is a counter, not a record of people. What is stored is a number per home, per day — for example “nine scans on 6 August”. We do not store your IP address, your browser, a cookie, an advertising identifier, or anything else that could be linked back to you or used to follow you between visits or between homes. There is no way for us or for a developer to tell which visits were yours, or that any two visits were the same person.

Where it goes

Inquiries are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, and a notification is delivered by email to the developer of the home you contacted using Resend, an email delivery service. Each processes the data under its own privacy policy and only in order to provide that service. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the developer of the home you asked about.

Spam protection

Forms include a hidden field that automated submitters tend to fill in. If it is filled, the submission is discarded. It is never shown to you and collects nothing about you.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server request data (such as IP address and browser user agent) to serve pages and protect against abuse.

Your choices

To have an inquiry deleted, email tushar@yougotta.love and it will be removed from the developer’s records. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access or delete your personal information.
