Who we are
You Gotta Love (yougotta.love) publishes listings for newly built homes on behalf of the developers who own them.
We are not a brokerage
You Gotta Love is not a real estate brokerage and does not act as an agent for any buyer or seller. We do not provide real estate, legal, tax, or financial advice. Each listing is published by the developer who owns the property, and that developer is solely responsible for its contents.
Listing information
Homes shown on this site are under construction. Specifications, finishes, completion dates, and build progress are estimates supplied by the developer and may change. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a binding commitment, and no statement here forms part of any purchase agreement.
Fair housing
All homes advertised on You Gotta Love are offered in compliance with federal, state, and local fair housing laws. We do not knowingly accept advertising that discriminates on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.
Contacting a developer
When you submit an inquiry, your message is delivered to the developer of that listing. Any subsequent discussion, tour, negotiation, or transaction is strictly between you and that developer. You Gotta Love is not a party to it.
